Bespoke cabinetry

A truly bespoke kitchen designed by Beam Interiors and created by a trusted trade partner. Every element of this design has been custom built; from the hand lacquered doors to the solid walnut handles, even the internal cabinets have been hand-made rather than bought off the shelf.

An understated neutral colour palette was specified, texture is revered. The whole space is extremely functional with lots of pull outs and discreet storage solutions. A close analysis of how the clients would use the space gave insight into the areas that needed prioritising.

Calming aesthetic

A balance of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian style, results in a discerning yet organic aesthetic that resonates with out emotional wellness at home.

The Japandi aesthetic brings harmony and tranquillity, clutter is minimised and instead the space makes you feel grounded and calm. Craftmanship is at the heart of this design and the materials are celebrated.

Fluted panels and a curved-worktop add movement, softening the corner. Even the hound of the house was considered; with special dog-friendly flooring. Recessed track lighting gives an unfussy finish and directional lighting. An elegant tap finishes off the space.
