Guest Bedroom

Work with the room

The sloped ceiling provided much of the inspiration for the application of geometric shapes in the room picking out the triangle of the pitched room and the rounded corners where ceiling and wall are indistinguishable.

Vintage sourced furnishings
The lounge chair is an original Danish design leather chair which really complements the minimal lines seen elsewhere in the room. Dressed with sculptural cushions it provides an inviting area for guests to relax.
Customised furniture

This wardrobe was upcycled from the existing one in the room. Primed, painted and handles replaced the bold colour ties in with the Hübsch lamp

Bold colour palette

Muted tones of primary colours create a dynamism in the room. The blue section above the bed provides some grandeur and the vertical lines help draw the eye upwards to counteract the sloped ceiling
